Explore the Facilities
NASA John H. Glenn Research Center encompasses research facilities built on two sites. Lewis Field, the main campus, is situated next to Cleveland Hopkins Airport in Cleveland, Ohio. It includes 150 buildings on 350 acres. Very large and complex tests are also run at additional facilities at Plum Brook Field Station, a 6,400-acre complex in Sandusky, Ohio, about an hour west of Cleveland.

The Center's wind tunnels and laboratories are state-of-the-art with new capabilities constantly being added. Many of NASA Glenn's facilities are unique in the world. However, some features of NASA Glenn's facilities are without price. The expertise gained by our staff and researchers in maintaining and upgrading test facilities to the levels demanded by cutting edge research programs is difficult to measure.

Please explore our individual facility sites by selecting one of the links listed in the pull down menu above or one of the category listing on the right of this page.
